Lito X1 waypoint mission planner
MavicMapper plans native DJI Fly waypoint missions for the DJI Lito X1 – orthomosaic and 3D mapping, POI orbits, façade scans, cinematic video paths, panoramas and hi-res footprints. Free, offline, for Windows. Every calculation uses the Lito X1’s own camera (1/1.3in CMOS, 48 MP), wind limit (10.7 m/s), waypoint speed (12 m/s), gimbal range and battery.
Lito X1 in MavicMapper
- Two photo modes of one 1/1.3″ camera: 48 MP (≥ 5 s interval) and 12 MP binned (2 s interval).
- Wind rating 10.7 m/s; forward LiDAR; gimbal tilts −126° … +67° (the planner uses −90° … +67°). Waypoint legs ≤ 12 m/s.
- Plus battery: 52 min rated – raise the usable minutes.
- Sub-250 g with forward LiDAR; Plus battery: 52 min rated. Gimbal tilt -126° … +67° (planning uses -90° … +67°).

Mission types for the Lito X1
From plan to flight
- Draw the area, place the POI or the wall line on the map and pick a preset.
- Check the 3D preview – it replays the real mission file with speed, stops, gimbal moves and photos.
- Export the KMZ – one mission per battery.
- Upload over USB to the controller (guide) or import by hand (guide).
- Set the camera in DJI Fly from the summary and fly within visual line of sight.
Frequently asked questions
Does the DJI Lito X1 support waypoint missions?
Yes – the Lito X1 flies native waypoint missions in DJI Fly. MavicMapper writes them as DJI WPML KMZ files and can upload them over USB to the controller.
What GSD does the Lito X1 reach for mapping?
With the Wide 48 MP (48 MP) the ground resolution is about 1.05 cm/px at 60 m, 1.39 cm/px at 80 m and 2.09 cm/px at 120 m above ground.
How fast can the Lito X1 map with continuous capture?
At 80 m and 75 % front overlap the photo spacing is about 21.2 m. With a 5 s minimum photo interval the camera allows about 4.2 m/s; the planner also caps waypoint legs at 12 m/s and checks motion blur for your shutter.
Which camera modes can I plan with on the Lito X1?
Planner cameras and photo modes: Wide 48 MP (48 MP), Wide 12 MP (12 MP). Set the same mode in DJI Fly before the flight – a waypoint file cannot switch the lens or photo size.
Is MavicMapper free for the Lito X1?
Yes. Free, no account, no subscription, runs 100 % locally on Windows.
